The Grounded Leader

A six-week in-person experience for leaders who want to lead with more clarity, steadiness, and alignment — including building your own personalized AI leadership coach.

Yoga Flow — Willow Workplace

Fridays • 12:00–1:00 PM

Vinyasa-style classes held in Willow's garden (weather permitting) or the studio.

Dream Forward Visualization Series — Arrillaga Center

Thursdays • 12:00–1:00 PM • Apr 16, 30 & May 14, 28

A four-class series exploring the connection between dreams, intuition, and manifestation, helping you clarify intentions and align with what is ready to emerge in your life.

Clairvoyant Reading Practice Circle — Arrillaga Center

Thursdays • 12:00–1:00 PM • May 7 & June 4

A supportive practice space to strengthen intuitive and clairvoyant reading skills through live group readings, guided attunement, and shared energetic insight within a grounded, sacred container.

Spring Intuitive Deepening (for Advanced Students)

A supportive space for advanced students to deepen intuitive trust, refine their reading practice, and step more fully into clarity, embodiment, and leadership as a reader. Email me.

Class Descriptions

Visual Meditation

My visual meditation classes spark your imagination and rewire your mind through immersive visualizations of yourself and the world. With practice, you'll sharpen your intuition, expand your clairvoyance, and create a more intentional life.

Yin Yoga & Meditation

This class features long-held stretches (3–7 minutes) paired with breathwork and visualizations to release physical, emotional, and energetic blocks. It's also a perfect introduction to meditation if you're just getting started.

Workshops

My themed workshops blend yin, visualization, and journaling to promote deep healing.

Yoga Flow

A dynamic, vinyasa-style flow designed to both energize and ground you. Expect fluid, breath-led movement that builds strength, focus, and presence.
