The Grounded Leader is an in-person pilot where participants use mindfulness, reflection, and AI tools to build deeper self-awareness and more aligned decision-making. Throughout the program, each person creates an AI Inner Coach in ChatGPT that reflects their values, tone, and leadership style. Your experiences in this co-creative pilot will help shape future versions of the program.

This session will melt away stress through long-held poses, visualizations, and breathwork.
My visual meditation classes spark your imagination and rewire your mind through immersive visualizations of yourself and the world. With practice, you'll sharpen your intuition, expand your clairvoyance, and create a more intentional life.
This class features long-held stretches (3–7 minutes) paired with breathwork and visualizations to release physical, emotional, and energetic blocks. It's also a perfect introduction to meditation if you're just getting started.
My themed workshops blend yin, visualization, and journaling to promote deep healing.
A dynamic, vinyasa-style flow designed to both energize and ground you. Expect fluid, breath-led movement that builds strength, focus, and presence.
